Your fitters were so clean, and the way Patrick matched the outside brickwork looks great. I know people are always ready to complain and not so ready to praise so I thought I would let you know what a good job I feel has been done. We knew it was critical to get the right company on board as we required complete removal and installation of windows on two faces of our property. The quotation you provided was competitive with the two other window companies we met with. The fact that you were FENSA registered meant that we could go ahead with a project of this scale with confidence. The project went ahead on the proposed start date and the team was completely professional throughout the installation. Attention to detail was given to every window, which was no small feat considering there were approx. 40 windows to be installed. The work was completed before the deadline and all debris were cleared prior to departure. All work including installation, removals, and scaffolding came in on budget. All guarantees and certificates were sent over promptly.
