From there, we will process your quote and forward it to you.
Should you decide you want Premier Windows to carry out the work for you, we will have your windows and doors produced for you and a time and date for the installation to take place will be agreed upon to suit your schedule.

Yes, we have many different solutions for safety and security depending on your needs, again the Consultant will advise of the best solutions for you, at the best price.
Most of our products not only meet ALL British specifications & standards, but exceed them.
If at any time you would like to know what our specifications are for a particular product you are thinking about buying, please email or call us and we will be happy to advise what these are.
Because quality is of utmost importance to us, we are always happy to challenge the standards of any competitors claims that have been put into writing. Verbal claims will not be treated seriously as all window companies say: "We have the best windows!".
The real question is; How & Why? Get them to explain and justify their reasons. Ask what their 'u' value is and you should get a decent idea of how good the window system is in regard to heat savings and light transmission properties. Premier Windows Ltd boasts a 'u' value which scores 1.1 on the entire Premier range, though a value of 1.8 could be acceptable, the higher the number the worse the heat savings and light transmission properties and the higher your electricity bills are likely to be.

Before you order anything from us we will give you an estimated fitting time frame (usually in a 1 week time span) to ensure this meets your needs and other commitments. This can fluctuate a little from time to time depending on our suppliers and how busy they might be.
This often depends on the condition of the site and how complicated it might be. Usually a 2 man team of fitters will complete 3-6 items per day.
During installation
This depends on the building that we are fitting windows to. In the interests of your work site, its safety and our workmens safety, we must strictly adhere to current Health & Safety regulations. Our Consultant will advise in more detail when he/she sees you.
Once we have seen the proposed site, either in person or by Digital photograph, we can give you better advice on this.

After installation
Secondary glazing (small aluminium frames with glass that is made to be as seamless as possible) is a common solution for this though the effectiveness of this will depend on the quality and state of your existing windows. Some upvc windows made today are made in the cheapest possible way and do not have very good heat or sound proofing properties.
We can help you with this problem as we have done so for some Sound Studios in the past.
No, the pattern is on the inside of the pane, both of the outsides are smooth for easy cleaning.
No, because our Premier range is internally glazed, this means the glass can not be taken out from the outside unless it is broken. Glass can only be removed from the inside.
This only happens if your room or house is badly ventilated. When purchasing your new windows from us, we can insert trickle vents which will allow you the choice of being open or closed to ensure your room is ventilated properly. It is not healthy to have unventilated rooms. Our vents also have insect screens to ensure no bugs or insects can join you in the night.

New window frame depth is 145mm; this is the slimmest possible due to the 2mm double glazing which has optimal heat saving values. No supplier can offer 24mm glazed sashes in frames with a depth of any less than 145mm so these are as close as possible to existing traditional single glazed windows which were used in the past.
